Armstrong Enterprises Inc. has been offering roofing services to Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland and Southern Michigan Communities and all of Southern Michigan since 1987. We are family owned and operated and specialize in working with residential, commercial and condominium association customers.

Armstrong Enterprises Inc.'s Services Include:

New roofs, shingles, EPDM, TPO, modified, metal for retrofit or new construction serving the residential and commercial markets.

Some things we WON’T DO:

We won’t leave your roof covered with a tarp waiting on a subcontractor
Sell you stuff you don’t need that commissioned salesmen may do
Try to baffle or mislead you with terms of the trade
Sit at your kitchen table or office strong-arming or wearing you down until you sign a contract

Some things we WILL DO:

Pay our estimators (not salesmen) a salary so there is no motivation to upsell the customer
Employ estimators knowledgeable in the trades that can assess and help with your job, not people who were selling beer last week
Explain proposed work in laymen terms, not as if it is rocket science, and answer any and all questions the customer may have
Give you time to consider your proposal, ask questions and make an informed decision
Have workers who have families of their own and live in the community
